Your truth comes from inside of you and it usually spaeaks in a quiet , soft voice. This inner voice does not judge or condemn you; it just tells it like it is . Loving yourself means listening to tat voice and honoring it.

Have you ever done something you had a bad feeling bout at the time and then later found yourself thking , I knew i shoudn't have done tat? When you don listen to your inner voice , you can do thng you may regret later. Your inner voice is your compass.It reminds you to stay on course , to be true to yourself , and do wat feels right to you.

Sometimes is difficult to say true to yourself.

Sometimes it takes tremendous willpower to honor your commitments to yourself. But your inner voice knows you very well . When you listen to it and take action that honor it , you usually make good chouce.

Pay attention to your inner voice . Love yourself enough to stay yrue yourself.

Well...too headached wakiing me up at 5:35am..nothing to do so just to blog bout my birtday-Part 1

waked my ass off as usual on afternon...
yea..im a lazy women who always slep late , eat late , bath late , whta also late than otherssss...araraghagahg...wat else..im kind of ppl like tat!!! i knw YOU donlike :p

anyway..

"Geo Bok" asked me to be ready at 7pm so tat she can rached my house in time..i don wore pretty since was going her house but actually not...We were at pyramid -.-

Me : why park car at pyramid?not going ur house since u said already cooked for me?
her : yala...bt i nid go buy ur cake
me : hur?i tot u bought already?
her : nola...just buy den go home...
me : ok..fine...(but she was holding my hand and walked so fast)

until we straighly go inside the Restaurant Fish Market 0.0
Okayyyyyyy...tats bit ~~surprising~~ me ..her classmate were early celebrated for me as i tot they are busy on tat day..
